SNOMIR is the collaboration between Mirko Iobbi and Sabatino Matteucci, blending live musicianship with clubfocused electronic production. The A-side features “Air” and “Fire,” two jazz-driven house tracks where expressive sax lines glide over warm, groove-led rhythms. Organic, fluid and built for movement. On the B-side, “Caveman” shifts into deeper dub techno territory. Hypnotic structures, textured low-end and sax riffs woven directly into the sonic fabric.

The accompanying remix pushes the track further inward — stripped back, immersive and late-night focused.

An unquestionable classic and the lead single from Deadmau5’s third album Random Album Title, this EP combines the original mix, Chris Lake edit and the Piano Acoustic & Radio Edit for the first time together on a 12 inch.

Remixed and recreated from original recordings 2001 to 2008 in The Box by Jon Greig, Leicester UK.

Original versions were first released under the BeatBigot alter ego, apart from Toofast as Silver.

dark clubs and peak-time slots. B1 ventures into a bass-heavy realm where scattered
perc-like vocals and stabby synths create an ominous atmosphere. Keeping the body in
check while the mind wanders. Closing the EP on B2 with an off-the-wall minimal tech
house roller. Balancing a steady energy level to keep a tight grip on the dancefloor.

Is it Kasra V or Kasra the Fifth? Fifth generation, fifth of his name? V for vendetta or V for valentine? Try as we might to figure it out and whatever the answer may be, he has sauntered back toward the decks to present this aural offering. Two tried and true edits specially brewed for dancefloor mania. MASK Records founder ZentaSkai joins forces with Berlin-based creative Laura Merino Allue under the name Cuddling Monsters, a project centered on analog processes and tactile sound design. Debuting in March 2024, the project explores Detroit-infused House, dub Techno, and minimal soundscapes shaped by raw texture and spatial depth. Working exclusively with analogue instruments, the duo prioritise warmth, imperfection, and presence over polish. Alongside her music work, Laura Merino Allue is also a graphic designer, bringing a strong visual identity to the project’s wider aesthetic.

The Cuddling Monsters ‘Vol. 3’ EP opens with ‘Bubble Bloom’, a melodic house track featuring warped, filtered synth tones that set a hazy foundation before a dub-leaning beat settles in. It’s layered with aquatic, bubbly textures and fragmented samples, adding warmth and movement. ‘Warm Waves’ shifts into a lighter, more atmospheric space, increasing the tempo slightly while maintaining a restrained, ethereal character. The B-side closes with ‘Secret Signal’, a long-form techno piece stretching over ten minutes, where evolving synth lines gradually merge with soft, dubby drums and analogue percussion, building steadily without excess before easing out.

With "Let There Be Light", Sina XX delivers a fiercely contemporary techno album rooted in heritage, futurism, and pure club energy. From the opening collaboration with Hebi Snake - merging Caribbean bele rhythms with razor-sharp sound design - to the cinematic closing moment of "I Can See Through Clouds" and its emotional depth, this record is engineered for both body and mind.


There are echoes of Detroit's activist ethos, early Berlin minimalism, and the global tribal lineage that has always driven dance culture forward. Designed for selectors who appreciate detail, tension, and grooves that evolve with purpose.

CINTH’s new installment, Kinzua‘s 5-track EP Never Fret, Never Fail, presents a focused examination of UK-inflected memory, immersing the listener in dissolving traces of IDM, Breakbeat, Jungle and Trance. While the archival recollection of 90s Britain provides an almost hauntological emotional frame of reference, each track maintains its autonomy, allowing Kinzua’s particular approach to sonic and rhythmic detail to emerge clearly.
The meditative thread that marked their earlier releases runs through the EP once again, counterbalanced by a nearly industrial rhythmic energy, that keeps it suitable for the more attentive and considered dancefloors. Never Fret, Never Fail will be released on February 13th and includes a collaboration with Peryl. The release will be celebrated with an in-store session at Sound Metaphors on the same day.

With a glorious flourish of melodious club abstraction, cult producer Quirke makes a welcome return by delivering his most upfront tracks to date for Dekmantel.

Josh Quirke first came through on Young Turks (Young) and Whities (AD93) through the 2010s, offering a distinctive, slanted take on hardcore and house music alike that came shrouded in dense atmospherics and shot through with wistful melancholia. Comparisons to artists like Burial and Skee Mask weren't unfounded, but Quirke was very much operating on his own terms, as he has continued to ever since. The last we heard from the low-key producer was his debut album Steal A Golden Hail, released on Whities in 2019, and now he comes through with a strong update to his sound that finds a natural home on Dekmantel.
